LT. Governor & Mayor of Miami

In the morning of Monday January 6, 2019, the president of the Brigade Col. Johnny López de la Cruz welcomed the Mayor of the City of Miami Francis Suarez to the House Museum of the Brigade, and the Lt. Governor of Florida Jeanette Nuñez. Mayor Francis Suarez spoke a few words highlighting his admiration for the courage and sacrifices of the Brigade men who were willing to offer their lives for the Liberation of Cuba. The Lt. Governor Jeanette Núñez had words of praise for the brave men of the Brigade, and the honor of being again in the Brigade 2506 Museum, where she announced her 2018 candidacy for Lt. Governance of Florida.
